TO ENROLL...

toddlers must be at least 13 months old
preschoolers must be at least 3 years old
a medical form is required from the child's doctor
an intake interview is held with parent / guardian and child
one week's fee in escrow is paid in cash at the intake interview

Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM to 6:00 PM, year-round

Younger Toddlers (13-24 months)

$260/weekly, full-time
$178/weekly, three days / week
$132/weekly, two days / week

Older Toddlers (25-36 months)

$245/weekly, full-time
$168/weekly, three days / week
$122/weekly, two days / week

Preschoolers (37 months- 5 years)

$200/weekly, full-time
$140/weekly, full-time, for Pre-K Counts participants to pay for Children's Village's full-day child care beyond the portion funded by Pre-K Counts. Pennsylvania's Pre-K Counts funds high quality preschool programming September through June for preschoolers who are three years old by September 1st. Pre-K Counts does not finance the extended child care day. [Participation depends on availability.] FREE, 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM, for families eligible for Pre-K Counts or Head Start


School-Agers (K - 3rd grade)

$170/weekly, full-time during the summer
$135/weekly, Sept. through June, after-school & full-time on school holidays


Government child care subsidies available for eligible families (free or sliding scale fees for parents)

$25.00/weekly for breakfast, lunch and snack everyday (free and reduced-price meals [$4.25] for those eligible according to Child Care Food Program)

One week's fee in escrow is refundable only if your child enrolls for at least three months and two weeks notice is given before withdrawal.

Day care and meal fees are due weekly each Monday. Fees are due even if you or your child is sick or on vacation.

Charges for field trips are billed to families three weeks prior to the scheduled trip. [A generous grant allows us to provide school-age trips free of charge. Head Start participants are also not charged trip fee.]

A nominal fee for student accident insurance is due every year in April.
