HOW LONG DO STAFF STAY AT CHILDREN'S VILLAGE?
WHAT ARE THEIR EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS?

Children's Village teaching and administrative staff are highly qualified, dedicated employees.  In an industry plagued with high staff turnover, we are proud of how long many teachers and administrators have continued with Children's Village.  Many teachers continue to demonstrate commitment to professional growth by pursuing higher education goals.
  • 4 out of 5 management staff hold master's degrees

  • 8 out of 13 lead teachers hold bachelor's degrees (two of these teachers also have master's degrees), and the remaining five have associate's degrees (all  degrees are in early childhood education or closely related field)

  • 12 out of 17 assistant teachers either have associate's degrees in early childhood education or are enrolled in school working towards their associate's degrees

  • 3 out of 5 management staff have been employed at
Children's Village for over 20 years
